Nick was fantastic to work with from the time we ordered the lift to the time it was delivered. His team installed it on a Friday and he stopped by Saturday to make sure it was all good. I replaced my dock and lift with a new setup from Custom Portable Docks and Lifts. I spent a couple years researching docks from other suppliers in the MN and WI. After visiting their shop, I was convinced their product was top notch with competitive pricing. The customer service has been amazing for a dock / lift supplier. The team came out a number of times to make sure everything was dialed in. I've had the dock / lift for over a month now and can't be more pleased. We have had our boat lift now for the past couple of years, could not be more happy. First, they were the only ones willing to deliver for a fair price to our cabin in MN. Second, the set up was professional and he took the time to make sure it was done the right way. Third, the lift has been great, no problems and it can be installed and removed with one person (5K lift). Very happy with our purchase from Custom Portable Docks and Lifts.
We have had our roll in dock for 3 years. It has been excellent and even though we are on a steep hill it can be put in and out easily. In fact the company has been doing that for us on a regular basis. Service has been topnotch and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We think you would like their product and their service.
